We believe consultation is a process that is critical in getting optimal results. With over 25 years of experience providing workshops to teams, businesses, and educators, we understand that traditional professional development is not often personalized or applicable to our personal growth. We make sure to assess the current areas of need and develop a personalized plan for ongoing professional learning. We believe that people can learn from everyone and wise people recognize how to accept support from others. We will support you in the areas you are an expert in to sharpen your vision/mission and help you in the areas in which you are developing knowledge. We can consult with and provide professional learning opportunities for educators on individual students, classrooms, or school-wide concerns. We work with parents on an array of child behaviors and maintain extensive experience participating in meetings in each step of the education process.
